Hair today, gone tomorrow . . . .

Suddenly, a tattoo didn't seem like such a good idea....

The B has asked if he can have his hair dyed.
I'm not too concerned about this . . . .
Fanciful ideas tend to be rather short-lived at age four.
Take his tattoo, for instance . . . .
Several nights ago, he was adamant that he is old enough to get one.
Not like the temporary transfers that The G discovered in her Christmas stocking, you understand, but an actual, proper tattoo. The real deal.
He'd chosen his design - his favourite character from Angry Birds - and everything.
Then I told him about the needles . . . .
Needless to say, The B no longer wants a tattoo and I'm not losing much sleep over his interest in experimental hair colours. Like I said, such ideas don't last long at this age . . .
